Nene Minicam

In summer 2006, MPL Broadcast contacted the Adur Canoe Club as they had developed a waterproof Minicam and wanted someone to get it wet for them! On Sunday 20th August we headed to the Nene Whitewater Centre where we met up with the MPL Broadcast guys. Unfortunately, Nene management had screwed up big time and moved the afternoon casual paddling session to the morning and.... not told anyone (well there was a notice in the window, but we couldn't see that from 100 miles away!). Anyway, by the time we'd driven the 2 and a half hours to get there the course was closed!

Sometime later, with some sweet talking, I was able to get permission for myself to get on the course armed with MPL Broadcast's Minicam secured to various parts of my Kayak. The result of which is the video that can be viewed below.
