I climbed the uprights and prepared to land and as the ground
neared, I noticed I had started to travel backwards across the
ground. I pulled in hard and looked down towards my feet and the
ground looming up behind me; still flying backwards I could now see
the barbed wire fence coming into view!
23 October 2017 - An Oldie Resurrected
Over 12 years ago I programmed this little classic but as
technology matured, it became increasingly difficult to play this
Java Applet in the browser; however, with Java Webstart Technology,
it's now possible to run this classic once again (just not in your
15 October 2017 - Motivation!
As I began to collect my gear and put it back in the van I noticed
my glider had vanished! I asked Nicos where it had gone and he

13 August 2017 - B****cks!
That was the point of no return; despite plenty of opportunity to
prevent it, I had now set in motion a sequence of events that I would

My latest musical creation, the Restless Sea - produced with Sonar Project5 and the Omnisphere Virtual Synth
1 December 2016 - Barry Knows Best
Barry Knows Best is probably one of the most famous single tracks
in the Surrey Hills and I confess to it being one of mine too...
13 November 2016 - New Duration Personal
With the whole Truleigh Ridge working for most of the day, it's no
surprise I stayed up for well over 2 hours...
5 November 2016 - Gale Hanging
I screamed back along the ridge with a tail wind, admiring the
numerous birds of prey on the slopes below! My only moment of real
excitement happened when a sail plane suddenly appeared directly
above me flying towards the Dyke. It was probably only 50 feet above
me and left me for standing as it blasted its way down the ridge!
It's a times like that, that I wished I'd attached the camera to the
